The Scope of Work comprises the design manufacturing, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and completion of Construction of a New Office Building on Plot 14D01-14D02. The New Office building is a mid-rise building developed on “Core and Shell” basis for the administrative uses and office spaces.

The Scope of Works shall include but not be limited to, preparation and acquisition of approval of drawings technical submittals, procurement, delivery, installation, commissioning and handover of the complete Works in accordance with the terms of the Contract.
