Advanced Consolidated Development & Construction Company LLC, in association with Arabian Construction Company WLL (ACC) has been awarded the contract for construction of a multi-residential towers project (4 Buildings) at Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The property is within the area of master developer TDIC (Tourism Development & Investment Co.)

The project comprises of 2 basements, Ground Floor, Mezzanine and 10 residential floors (for 3 towers + 5 floors for 1 tower), 2 Mechanical Floors and Roof, with an approximate built-up area of 84,000 m2. The main scope of work covers structural works, architectural works, MEP, Conveying & Equipment, finishes, landscaping and external works. The basements are exclusive for car park facility and some service rooms.

The Project consists of 329 residential units (studios, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments and townhouses) and accommodates various amenities such as swimming pool, gym along with several retail facilities (shops) and restaurants. Contractual completion period is 24 calendar months and the project is strategically located adjacent to the NY (New York) University at Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
