Construction of Villas, Jubail Island, Abu Dhabi
rabian Construction Company WLL has been awarded the contract to construct villas by the developer Jubail Island Investment Company, Abu Dhabi, UAE. The villas will range in size from three to six bedroom and construction works for this package is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2023.
The Jubail Island Residences are considered to be one among the most sought-after residences in the capital. Jubail Island sits between Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island and Yas Island and the 45 million square meter island already contains a large mangrove park and the developer is also planning to add a string of restaurants, a beach club, business center, sports facilities, schools, clinics, nurseries, a community center and eventually, more than 5,000 residences are expected to be built.
